The high pitched squeal you hear is the bull elk. He makes the noise with a special tooth he has. During rutting season he uses this to herd his harem and warn off competing bulls. Sorry the camera and camera man is not better. We filmed this last Friday in Estes Park. Just about 30 sec. video. I just thought I would like to share a rather unique experience with everyone.
